Low Carb Creamy Italian Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
2 pounds chicken, chopped1 6oz can tomato paste8 ounces cream cheese1/2 c ricotta cheese3/4 c cottage cheese1/4 c parmesan cheese1/2 tsp garlic powder or 2 cloves minced1/2 c heavy cream2 eggs2 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper8 ounces cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook up chicken and cube. In large bowl combine the rest of the ingredients minus cheddar cheese.

Gently stir chicken into creamy mixture. Pour contents into 9x13 inch pan and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly around edges. Serve with favorite veggie, dinner rolls, or low carb pasta! ENJOY
