3 Tbls Unsweetened cocoa powder4-5 Packets Slenda (or to tast) 3 1/2 inches cinnamon stick3 cups skim milk1/4 tsp. Vanilla2/3 cup water
Combine cocoa, artificial sweetner, cinnamon stick, and 2/3 cup water. Bring to a boil, stirring constanly: boil 1 min. longer. Stir in skim milk. Cook till heated throughly( DON'T BOIL). Add vanilla: remove cinnamon stick. Beat with rotary beater. If desired,, garnish with additional cinnamon sticks. Makes 4 serving. One serving is 6 ounces.
