cheesy Fritatta

Ingredients
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix eggs, milk, tomato, dill, salt & pepper together. Using an overproof skillet, melt butter and add egg mixture. Cook 1 min over med heat. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top, tearing slices to lay over top of frittata. When edges are set, after another minute or so, place pan in the oven and cook for 9 minutes. Remove and let sit for 1 minute. Slice and enjoy! Makes 2 servings.
