Banana Bread - high protein

Ingredients
* Brown Flax Seeds, Ground, 6 tbsp (remove) * Vital wheat gluten, 1/3C * 2 Eggs, Omega 3 large beaten * Egg Whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites,1/2 cup * Banana, fresh, 3 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) mashed * Baking Powder, 4 tsp * Vanilla Protein powder-( Muscle Maxx is what I used) 3 scoops, * 4-Berry Blend, President's choice, 1.5 cup * Cinnamon, ground, 3 tbsp * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp * *Apple Sauce, President's Choice, Apple-Cinnamon, 2 serving
Directions
mix wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl. Add dry ingredients to wet. Stir well. Add berries. Put in 2 8X8 lightly greased pans (or 2 loaf pans) and bake at 350 degrees until toothpick inserted comes out clean. About 30 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 2 *x* pans - cut each into 3X3 for 18 pieces.
