Ingredients
Extra Lean Ground Beef Burgers16 ounces extra lean ground beef2 large eggs1/2 cup rolled oats (slow cook type, or quick cook)1 tsp salt1 tsp freshly ground black peppercorns1/2 tsp ground nutmeg1.5 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Mix ingredients in bowl, divide evenly into 4 or 6 portions. Round in your hands then flatten to the desired width, thickness and number. If you are frying use the olive oil in the pan. If you are grilling, there's no need to use the olive oil.

Serving Size: Makes 4 quarter pound burgers, or six regular burgers
