Ingredients
Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 1/2 cupTomato Paste, 1/2 cupOnions, raw, 2 smallChicken Thigh, 4 thigh, bone and skin removedWater, tap, 3/4 cupOlive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Sauce (Indian Butter Chicken, Asian Home Gourmet), 50 grams
Directions
1. Saute onions in olive oil
2. Then add chicken and cook through.
3. Add the rest of ingredients, mix well and cook till bubbly
4. Serve on rice
