Homemade Sage Breakfast Sausage

Ingredients
1 pound ground pork1/2 T. salt1/2 t. sage1/8 t. nutmeg1/3 t. pepper1/8 t. thyme1/8 t. poultry seasoning
Directions
Mix your pork with the seasonings and shape into patties. Sometimes I pat mine into a square and then cut into pieces for uniformity. Brown in a cold skillet over medium-high heat until done (no pink in the middle). I never time it, I just eyeball it and cut one patty open.
