1 cup cottage cheese1/2 cup chopped celery1/4 cup chopped bell pepper5-6 chopped green olives1 tbs. fat free Italian salad dressing ( or 6-7 squirts of Balsamic Vinegar Salad Spritzer)Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients and serve chilled. Enjoy!Makes 1 serving.
