Abs Diet burger

Ingredients
1 egg 1 pound lean ground beef 1/2 cup oats 1/3 diced onion 1/2 cup chopped spinach 2 tablespoons reduced-fatMexican-blend cheese Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
whisk egg in bowl then add all ingredients, mix well then seperate into 4 patties. Grill for about 6 minutes on each side.
