Curry Masala for Goan Fish Curry

Ingredients
* Green Peppers, 1.5 cup, chopped * Red Peppers, 1.5 cup chopped * Onions, 1 cup, chopped * *Coconut Milk, 1.7 cup (1 can) * Curry Masala for Goan Fish Curry, 4 serving (1 spice packet) * Halibut (fish), 6 oz * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp * Garlic, 2 clove, minced * Brown Rice, 2 cup
Directions
First start cooking the rice. Then, heat up the olive oil in a pan and add the chopped garlic, onion, and peppers until they have softened. Take the pepper mixture out of the pan, and put in the coconut milk and contents of the spice packet and bring to a boil. Let boil for about 5 minutes, and then add the fish and the onion and pepper mix. Add extra curry powder if you like things spicy! Cook until the fish is completely done and the curry becomes thick.
