VERY spicy turkey chili

1 lb ground turkey, browned2 tsp minced garlic2 cups chopped onion1 1/2 cups chopped celery1/2 cup mushrooms2 jalepenos chopped1- 27 oz can of Bush's Red Beans in Chili Sauce1 can of Bush's Black Bean Fiesta2-14.5 oz cans of diced tomatoes1 can (6 oz) tomato paste1 1/2 cups water2 tbsp Chili powder1 tbsp oregano1 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper2 tsp paprika2 tsp cumin1 tsp crushed red pepper
Brown the turkey and add garlic, onion, celery, jalapenos(optional), and mushrooms.
Add both cans of beans, diced tomatoes and paste and the water. Stir well.
Add all the spices, experiment to see what works best for your family. Add less cumin and crushed red pepper to make it less spicy.
Stir really well and bring to a boil, then let simmer for 30 min.
Serving Size: makes 14 1 cup servings
