Ingredients
Lamb, Cubed, 1000 grams (remove)Spinach, frozen, 470 grams (remove)Onions, raw, 2 small (remove)*fresh cauliflour, 2 cup (remove)Cambpells real stock beef salt reduced, 1 cup (remove)*garam marsala, 3 tsp (remove)*curry powder, 1 tbsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Chili powder, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
soften onion and garlic, add spices and toast for a few minues. chuck everything (except the cauliflour) into the slow cooker on high and leave it for a few hours until the lamb is falling apart. Put the cauliflour in about 15/20 before you think it is done. stir through chopped coriander and mint prior to serving.
