This is a halved recipe. Double for around 12 muffins. I use too many strawberries, so about 1.5 or so cups for a doubled should yield only 12 muffins instead of 13 or 14.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Grease 6 or 7 cups; you'll fill the other muffin cups with water.
Melt the butter. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl; mix the liquids in another bowl. Toss the strawberries in the dry ingredients. Mix in the wet, mixing only until everything's wet. Pour into muffin cups in tin, fill the empty with water, and bake for 22-24 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 7 regular muffins
