Light Indian Butter Chicken with Veggies

Ingredients
*Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 2 tbsp Onions, raw, .1/2 large ChoppedGreen Peppers (bell) 1/4 cup, chopped Garlic, 3 cloves, mincedGaram Masala Spice, 1 tbsp Ground tumeric, 1/4 tbspChicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed, choppedMixed Vegetables, frozen, 3/4 pack (2-1/2 lb) Crushed Tomatoes, 1 large can *Organic cane sugar, 2 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1/2 cup
Directions
In a skillet, melt butter and add onion, peppers and garlic and saute. Add spices and mix well, then add chicken and coat pieces well in sauted mixture. Cook chicken until done. Add crushed tomatoes and sugar. Add salt to taste, then add yogurt. Add mixed veggies and simmer until throughly hot. Serve with brown rice, or Basmati rice.
