Pineapple Mini Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef2 egg whites1/2 cup oats1/4 small onion, chopped1 tsp salt1 tsp Splenda brown sugar blend1/2 cup crushed pineapple, packed in 100% juice, drained
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a mini loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.

2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Evenly distribute to make 4 mini loafs and place in prepared pan.

3. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until cooked through. Serve immedately.
