Slow Cooker Chicken & Veggies

Ingredients
2 cups baby carrots2 medium onions, quartered1 medium potato, sliced1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth1 tsp pepper1 Tbsp basil
Directions
1. Place carrots, potatoes and onion in bottom of a slow cooker. Place chicken on top.

2. Mix broth with spices; pour over chicken. Cover; cook on LOW 8 hours.
