Mexican Baked Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts1 pkg Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium)1/4 cup Pace Picante Sauce (Medium)1/4 cup Daisy Light Sour Cream1 oz Cabot 50% Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Pour seasoning into plastic zipper bag with chicken breasts. Shake to coat chicken. Bake chicken for 16 minutes, turning once. Top chicken with picante sauce (or salsa). Bake for another 10 minutes. Slowly heat sour cream in microwave (30 to 45 seconds at 50% power). Top chicken sour cream and shredded cheese. Bake for another 2 to 4 minutes, until cheese has melted.
