Ham & Tomato soup

Ingredients
1 onion500g Smoked lean ham2 tins chopped plum tomatoes2 chicken stock cubes (or make your own if you like)passata about 500ml2 cloves garlic500g Broccoli
Directions
Fry onion until just soft.
Chopped ham into cubes (i like it chunky)
Add to onion
Add garlic pressed or finely chopped and let this cook for about 5 minutes on a medium heat.
Add passata
Add tinned chopped tomatoes
Add stock cubes and top up with boiling water (again depends how you like it)
Add broccoli roughly or finely chopped
Simmer for 15 minutes and serve
I add a little chilli sauce for a nice kick.
