HCG Cinnamon Curry Chicken Soup

Ingredients
3.5 oz chicken-cubeddiced onion (calculated with 1 cup)1.5 cups vegetable broth3 cloves of garlic, minced1/2 tsp curry powder1/4 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spicesalt and pepper to taste (calculated with a dash)
Directions
-in a saucepan, comine all ingredients
-bring to a boil
-reduce heat, cover, and simmer 45 minutes

    I loved this soup! Very satisfying on VLCD Day 3 when I was missing something a little sweet. The onions and cinnamon provided that "sweet" feel to my meal and totally filled me up. Thanks! - 2/3/13
