8 oz. multi grain ziti, penne, etc1/2 can hunts pasta sauch - chuncky vegetable1 can petite or crushed tomatoes1 1/2 c sausage crumbles1/2 c plain greek yogurt3/4 c. daiya shredded mozarella cheese4 tsp. nutritional yeastsalt, pepper, italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder
Prepare pasta according to package.
Combine yogart, yeast, spices, and sauce and then stir in cheese. Pour over pasta and stir until well coated. Transfer to a sprayed 8x8 baking dish and bake covered for 30 minutes @ 350 degrees. Uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes.
