Zucchini & Corn Saute

Ingredients
2 large Zucchini, cubed1 can corn, rinsed and drained1 1/2 tsp olive oil
Directions
Chop zucchini into slices then quarter.

Add olive oil to large skillet heat over medium high heat.

Add zucchini when skillet is hot.

Cook zucchini and stir often to brown. Then add corn.

Cook for a few more minutes stirring often.

Enjoy!
