Ingredients
1 envelope Sans Sucre French Vanilla Mousse Mix, prepared following box directions1 medium banana1 teaspoon French Vanilla Extract6 graham crackers4 oz. fat free cream cheese, room temperature
Directions
Prepare mousse mix with an electric mixer following package directions. Add softened cream cheese and extract to pudding and continue beating to maintain light, smooth consistency. In bottom of a small rectangular baking dish (approx. 6" x 8") place three graham crackers (divided into 6 squares). Spread about 1 cup of pudding on crackers, top with banana slices. Sliced thinly, this should be about four slices per cracker section. Top with remaining pudding mix and spread smooth. Arrange remaining crackers on top, also divided into six squares. Refrigerate and serve same day to keep crackers from getting mushy and bananas fresh looking.
