1/2 Stick Butter, salted 3 Apples 4 large eggs Milk, 2%, .75 cup Rice flour, white, .75 cup Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground, 1 tbsp
peal and slice apples (i always leave one un-pealed for texture), line bottom of 9X13inch glass pan. cut butter into small pats and lay on top apples dispersed evenly. put in oven till butter sizzles.
while apples and butter are in oven, mix in blender eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt, spices. pour mixture over hot apples and bake until puffed and golden brown (about 25 minutes)
