Ingredients
* Beans, white, 1 cup * Macaroni, whole-wheat, 1 cup elbow shaped * Tomato Sauce, with tomato tidbits, 100 grams * Celery, raw, 30 grams * Garlic, 1 clove * Olivio, Olivio Premium Spread with Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp, 1 serving
Directions
Heat tomato sauce, celery and garlic in olive oil. Add 4/5 cups of hot water (it depends how much you want the soup to be liquid or dense) and then cook pasta in it. At the end, add the beans, already cooked, and stir till it is well mixed. Add salt and pepper, or chili. In italy we use celery leaves for garnment.
