Whole Wheat Flaxseed Belgian Waffles

2 C. Whole wheat flour1/4 C. raw sugar or stevia3 T. baking powder3/4 t. sea salt2 C. almond breeze or milk3 eggs or equivalent egg replacer1/3 C. Canola oil1 t. vanilla
Gather dry ingredients in a bowl.
mix and add wet ingredients stirring until just mixed.
Warm up waffle iron, and when the ready light comes on, bake your waffles. Makes 8 large waffles or more if you have a thin waffle iron.
I bake until just lightly browned, then cool on a rack and put in a freezer bag. Great for toasting a single waffle in the morning for a quick breakfast.
