Apples & Calvados to serve with blue cheese

Ingredients
2 apples, cut into wedges1 Tbl sugar2 Tbl Calvados
Directions
Olive oil spray a pan, add the apples and sprinkle with the sugar. Toss and sear apple wedges on both sides until golden brown.

Splash in the Calvados and ignite it to burn off any alcohol.

Serve with a creamy blue like Over the Moon's cow and buffalo blue.
