2.25 c. flour;1.5 tsp. baking powder;.5 tsp. baking powder;.5 tsp. salt. Mix dry ingredients together in small bowl. In large bowl, beat oil and .5 c. sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in eggs one at a time Add vanilla and buttermilk, mix until incorporated. Add the dry ingredients slowly, mix until batter is smooth, fold in berries by hand. Spray muffin cups with non-stick spray, using a heaping 1/4 cup measuring cup fill cups. Bake in 375 degree oven for 18-24 minutes.
