Mock Tuna Fish Salad Recipe for Vegetarians

Ingredients
1(15 oz.) can chick-peas, drained1/4 cup mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise, or miracle whip (depending on your taste) (The recipe is calculated using the regular variety, but using light or fat free mayo would save some calories.)1/3 cup finely chopped celery 2T finely chopped fill pickles 1T sweet pickle relish1T finely chopped onion1T finely chopped red pepper1t soy sauce salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
In a bowl, mash about half of the chick-peas coarsely with a fork. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Use to make sandwiches.
