Buffalo Chicken Sandwich - In Crockpot

Ingredients
1 lbs of boneless chicken breast1 Cup of Low Sodium Chicken Broth (If using crockpot)Sauce:3 Tbsp of Hot Sauce (I used Franks)1 Med. carrot - diced very small (I used my food processor)1 Med Stalk of Celery - diced very small (I used my food processor)1/4 cup of Fat Free Cream Cheese1/4 Cup of Cheddar Cheese (I used Fat Free)
Directions
In a crockpot, add your chicken and chicken broth. Set on low and check chicken in 6 - 8 hours. Shred chicken with fork, if there is to much juice left on bottom of crockpot, drain.

Note: You can also buy an already cooked chicken or cook your own if you don't want to use a crockpot.

Add Hot Sauce (add as much for your liking), celery, carrots, cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.

Serve on a sandwich roll, A wrap or by it's self. Add low fat blue cheese dressing.
