Wheat Free Brownies

Ingredients
1 15-oz can of black beans drained and rinsed3 Large Eggs3 T. Canola Oil2 t. Vanilla extract1/4 t. sea salt2 t. baking powder1/4 t. baking soda1/4 C. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder1/3 C. Granulated Sugar 1 T. Coffee Grounds1/4 t. vinegar1/2 C. Mini Semisweet Chocolate Chips1/4 C. Chopped Walnuts, toasted
Directions
Blend all but the last two ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

Place in a sprayed 8" square baking pan

Sprinkle toasted walnut pieces and mini chips evenly over the top

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
