1 lb. lean ground beef23 oz. V-8 vegetable juice1-30 1/2 oz. can Brook's quick chili mixChili powderchopped onionsaltpepper
Brown ground beef with chopped onion till done and drain well. In large pot or crockpot add remaining ingredients. Add hamburger mixture. Let simmer for one hour in pot or on low in crockpot for 4 hours to blend the flavors.
