Stuffed Peppers...Soup...Kelly

Ingredients
2 bell peppers, what ever color you like1 small onion1- 7 1/2 oz canned diced tomatoes1 tsp ground basil1/2 cup water1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1 can 8 oz tomato sauce3/4 lbs ground beef, lean1/4 cup cheddar cheese1/4 cup uncooked rice
Directions
Brown ground beef, chopped onion. Add Worcestershire, basil, water, salt and pepper. Add tomato sauce and canned diced tomatoes. Add rice, let cook for 15-20 min until rice is almost cooked. Added 2 chopped peppers. Peppers are chopped into bite size pieces. Continue cooking until peppers are almost cooked through. Stir in cheese.
