Garlic Shrimp with Rice

Ingredients
* Shrimp, raw, 40 medium * Scallions, raw, 8 medium (4-1/8" long) * Garlic, .5 cup * Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp * Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp * White Rice, long grain, 3 cup * Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Thaw the shrimp, take the tails off... chop the scallions fairly fine...

Heat wok-like pan, add sesame oil, garlic, and scallions. Saute these until your mouth starts to water, then add the shrimp and soy sauce. Cook on medium until the shrimp is cooked.

Boil water and cook rice.

Serve.

Eat.
