Ingredients
1.5 Tbsp each rice vinegar & soy sauce2 tsp sesame oil1/2 tsp sugar1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds1 Tbsp peanut oil4 baby bok choy (~4 c)3 garlic cloves1 Tbsp ginger2 green onions
Directions
Mix vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil & sugar.
In wok, heat up 1 Tbsp peanut oil, stir-fry bok choy for a few minutes. Add garlic, ginger & green onions. Add sauce & heat through.
