Veggie Mac 'n Cheese

Ingredients
8 oz. uncooked Ditalini pasta (or other uncooked pasta)1 tbsp. Smart Balance Butter Spread1 tbsp. all-purpose flour1/4 tsp. saltpinch black pepperpinch paprika1/2 cup 1% milk2 oz. (1/2 c.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese1/8 tsp. ground dry mustard1 bag Birdseye Steamfresh Broccoli & Califlower, cooked and chopped
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain.

Meanwhile, melt Smart Balance over low heat. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and paprika; stir until smooth. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until sauce becomes smooth and begins to thicken. Add cheese and mustard; stir over very low heat until cheese is melted. Remove from heat.

Combine pasta, cheese sauce and veggies; stir to combine.

Makes 4 servings.
