Super waffles

Ingredients
2 tbsp each: Flax seed meal, Wheat germ, almond butter. 1 cup soy milk, 1 cup great harvest pancake mix. 1 tbsp cream of wheat. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts. 1 egg
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Preheat waffle iron, spray with non-fat cooking spray. Pour in approx half of mixture. Cook to golden brown. Serve with low sugar fruit spread or peanut butter. 1 4x4 waffle should be pretty filling.
