Cannellini Florentine

Ingredients
3 slices of bacon, chopped3 cloves of garlic, minced1 medium onion, chopped1 bunch spinach, chopped1 can (14 oz) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed1 can (15.5 oz) light red kidney beans, drained & rinsed1 can (15.5 oz) dark red kidney beans, drained & rinsed4 C. chicken broth1/2 c. sun-dried tomatoes, cut in thin strips1 tsp dried basilcrushed red p[epper flakesshredded parmesean cheese
Directions
Cook bacon over high heat in large pot until cooked. Reduce heat to medium, add garlic and onion and sautee until browned. Add spinach and sautee 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes.
