Rumbamel's Simple Egg Salad

Ingredients
-4 large hard boiled eggs, shelled, rinsed and chopped-1 T Hellmann's Mayo w/canola oil-1 T Daisy Lite Sour Cream-1/2 t yellow mustard (the kind w/out calories and carbs)-salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Directions
--Chop the cleaned and shelled eggs. Add them to a small bowl with the other ingredients and stir well. Serve on bread, crackers, with lettuce, veggies or just plain (only egg salad is in the nutrition).

--Makes 2 servings of 1/2 C each.
