buffalo lasagna

Ingredients
1 lbs ground buffalo1 jar of spaghetti sauce1 cup mushrooms1/2 onion1 tsp olive oilfresh basil & parsleylasagna noodles (no cook style)1 cup cottage cheese1 cup cheddar or mozarella cheese
Directions
Brown buffalo and put aside.
Saute mushrooms & onion in olive oil.
Add mushrooms & onion to buffalo, mix in spaghetti sauce and fresh/dried herbs.
Pour 1/2 spaghetti mixture in bottom of baking dish, place layer of noodles, cottage cheese on top of noodles, more noodles, then last of spaghetti mixture.
Top with cheese.
Cover with tin foil and bake at 400 for 35 minutes.
Remove tin foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes.
