Raw Chewy Snack Balls

Ingredients
4 cup Old Fashioned Oats1/2 cup chopped Almonds (can use slivered, sliced, etc)1 cup Dried blueberries (I used homemade dried blueberries to cut the sugar and preserve nutrients)1 cup Dried Coconut unsweetened2/3 cup Almond Butter3/4 cup Honey1/4 cup maple syrup
Directions
Mix honey and almond butter together until well combined. Add all other ingredients and mix well. I use a kitchen Aide stand mixer for ease

Balls can/should be dried in dehydrator for 30-60 minutes to firm up and hold shape.

Form into 35 snack size balls. If needed freeze/refridgerate for extended shelf life.
