Flour, white, 1.5 cup Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 1.5 cup Baking Soda, 2 tsp Baking Powder, 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp Ginger, ground, 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground, .5 tbsp Cloves, ground, .25 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Egg, fresh, 2 large *Egg white, 2 serving Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed Granulated Sugar, .5 cup *Motts Natural Apple Sauce, .6667 cupSunflower Oil (oleic), .3334 cupPumpkin, canned, without salt, 2 cup Semisweet chocolate, 1 cup chips (6 oz package)
Preheat oven to 350 degres. Mix dry ingredients together. In a different bowl, mix eggs, oil, applesauce, & pumpkin. Add dry stuff to wet stuff and stir in chocolate chips. Bake 20 min.
