Ingredients
vegetables:- Bib Lettuce, 4 leaf, medium- Lettuce, red leaf , 1 leaf outer- Cucumber (with peel), 85 grams- 7 cherry tomato or 1 Tomatoes red ripe, raw medium- Radishes, 1 medium (3/4" to 1" dia)- Onions, raw, 25 gramsThe Sauce:- Olive Oil, 1 tsp- White Vinigar, 1 tsp- Salt, 0.25 tsp- Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp- Tahina - Chtoura Garden, 0.5 tsp- Spice, Crushed Mint (dried), 0.5 tsp- Sumac (dried), 0.5 tsp- Water, 10 mL (1 tbsp)
Directions
Chop vegetables, then mix sauce ingredients well and then add it to vegetables.
