mince beef and vegetables

Ingredients
300g mince190g onion190g carrots60floz boiling water50g leek100g peas100g pumpkin3 bovril beef stock cubes6 tablespoons gravy granules
Directions
cook mince in a pan with no oil keep it moving, when browned add vegatables and boiling water cook till veg starts to soften, crumble over the bovril and add the gravy garanules stir till granules have dissolved and simmer for 20 min stiring occationaly. enjoy
