Balsamic Strawberries

Ingredients
1 pint strawberries, hulled & sliced or chopped3-4T balsamic vinegar2T honey1-2T water (enough to make sure the bottom of a pan is fully covered with liquid)
Directions
add all ingredients to a small saucepan and heat on low to a simmer. heat about 5 minutes or until some of the liquid has boiled off, then allow to cool. Liquid should be slightly syrupy. Add to plain yogurt for a homemade, low point flavor enhancer.
