4 medium potatos7 baby Carrots1 cup Green Peas2 tbls vegetable Oil2 tbls White Flour1 tsp salt1 tsp sweet paprika1 tbls tomato paste4 cups (8fl oz) water
Peal and cut potatos and carrots. Heath vegetable oil in a deep stew dish. Add potatoes and carrots. Stir for a 2 min. Add flour and sweet paprika and cover with 4 cups of water. Cook on a medium heat for 15 min. Add tomato paste and salt and green peas. Cook for 10 min. Serve with french or italian bread.
