Pound Cake - Bundt Pan

3 cups sugar1/2 cup crisco2 sticks, margarine5 eggs1 cup evaporated milk, nonfat3 cups flour1 tbsp. vanilla extract
Blend sugar, crisco, and butter together until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition. Add evaporated milk and flour, alternating, ending with flour. Add vanilla and mix until well blended. Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray and pour batter into pan. Place into a COLD oven and set oven temperature to 350 degrees. Cook for 1 hour and 25 minutes. Let cool completely before removing from pan. Cut slices on between ridges for 16 servings. Serve with strawberries and coolwhip or your choice of topping. Enjoy!
