Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients
1 stick butter, room temp1 c white sugar1/2 c brown sugar, packed1 cup pumpkin1 tsp vanilla2 eggs1/2 c cream cheese, light1/2 c sour cream, light2 cups flour2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda
Directions
mix butter, sugars and pumpkin until well blended; add eggs, one at a time. add sour cream, cream cheese and vanilla until well blended.

add all the dry ingredients slowly until mixed well.

bake in 2 loaf pans or one bundt, 50-55 min @ 350. recommend oiling and flouring pans for ease!
