Pasta w/Pesto Sauce & Veg

Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive Oil 3 tsp Garlic 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup, sliced Zucchini 4.50 serving PC Basil Pesto - 4 tbsp 2 cup Baby Spinach (raw) 375 gram(s) Catelli Smart Linguine
Directions
Cook pasta according to package instructions.

While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in frying pan and add the garlic, peppers, and zucchini to it to cook. Add the spinach in the last minute and stir to combine.

When the pasta is cooked, drain it and add the cooked vegetables and mix.

Add the pesto sauce and mix well.

Makes 10-1 cup servings.
