Viva Mayr Spelt Bread

Directions
To make sourdough: mix yogurt, 125g WARM water, and 125g spelt flour. Put in warm place for 8 hours.

In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients together and then combine with sourdogh mixture, mixing 8-10 minutes.

Form dough into 70g flat patties and put in warm place for 45 min. Then bake on a cookie sheet at 375 for 15 minutes.

Serving Size: 1 flatbread, approx. 70g
