Baked Whole Wheat Macaroni & Cheese

75 Grams Whole Wheat Macaroni1 oz White Cheddar Cheese, grated1/2 tbsp Butter1/2 tbsp Whole Wheat Flour1/2 cup 1% MilkSalt & Pepper2 tbsp Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Cook macaroni until al dente
3. Melt butter and stir in flour, cook for a minute until rouxe develops
4. Slowly pour in milk, cook until thickened (should coat spoon)
5. Season with salt and pepper
6. Stir in Cheddar Cheese
7. Drain Macaroni and pour into cheese sauce, stir
8. Pour into greased single serve casserole
9. Mix Bread Crumbs with Parmesan Cheese and sprinkle on top of pasta
10. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly
